I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology – Psychoanalytic Perspective at New Bulgarian University.
The psychodynamic model of thinking, which immerses us in a deep analysis of the mind and personality, is present in my work. Through this approach, we explore the repressed and unconscious inner conflicts that influence a person’s experiences and feelings.
Psychodrama provides an opportunity to support and develop one’s potential, spontaneity and creativity through various action techniques. The enactment of significant relationships and life events provides opportunities for catharsis and the integration of new solutions.
Each approach aims to access repressed and unconscious aspects of the mind. Becoming aware of them expands the content of our perceptions and opens new fields of meaning.

I am a certified Psychodrama therapist at the Institute of Psychodrama, Individual and Group Psychotherapy “Bernhard Achterberg”.
I have completed training at the International TELE’DRAMA Institute (ITI), aimed at the practice of Psychotherapy and Psychodrama online.
I have a wide range of practical experience and training in the psychiatric ward at the Military Medical Academy, Clinic of Nervous Diseases at the University Hospital “Alexandrovska”, Hospital of Children’s Diseases, work as a school psychologist and children with SEN, work with people victims of violence, working under supervision as a psychologist and psychotherapist, psychodrama trainings, etc.
I am a full member of the Bulgarian Society of Psychodrama and Group Therapy, as well as to the International Association for Group Psychotherapy and Group Processes (IAGP).
I am a part of the team of the International TELE’DRAMA Institute (ITI).
